This is a great insightful comment, but I must say that we have almost the same approach under different names. It speeds up things significantly. This is great information! I also think organization is key when breaking down you paragraphs and you have to make sure that each paragraph flows into the other. For this, transition words and sentences are the best (like besides the point above etc.). What I have always used is something called a QAD. It stands for Question Answer Detail. This is EXTREMELY helpful in organizing. This good information that anyone can put to use. I was impressed that you were able to put all that together in 20 minutes.
