Instructions
In order for any community or society to survive material goods must be produced. Clothing, food, housing, and healthcare among a few other things are required for survival. Consider that any economy is based on these basic essentials. In addition, many communities and societies produce other goods and services to supply their needs and wants. In this assignment you will describe how things get produced and why. The first half of the paper will be dedicated to analyzing/describing production under a capitalist economy while the second half of the paper will describe how YOU would organize production in a ‘fair economy’.
You will write a 2-3 page response to important questions regarding the hows and whys of production. You will use at least 5 terms, concepts, theories, and/or ideas from course texts including lectures and movies. Below are key terms to help you develop your response.
