Instructions for Completing the Applied Thought Organizational Behavior Paper Your Applied Thought Organizational Behavior Paper should demonstrate your ability to integrate and apply organizational behavior concepts and frameworks to increase understanding and achieve effectual resolution/enhancement of a workplace challenge. Specifically, you are to imagine you are a manager or organizational behavior practitioner that is faced with defining and facilitating the way in addressing a workplace challenge. Your paper should include the following: 1) A description of the organization;

2) A description of the organizational challenge that includes use of organizational behavior concepts and frameworks to explain the challenge and its impact on the organization;

3) A description of how you will go about addressing the organizational challenge using organizational behavior concepts and frameworks to enhance understanding and implement planned change; and

4) Your anticipated outcome and follow-up plan.

The above-outlined content area will comprise your Applied Thought Organizational Behavior Paper. The paper should be written in essay format. The paper should concisely, yet clearly contain information that addresses all of the above-outlined content areas. It should be typewritten in 12 pt. font, doubled spaced with 1 inch margins.
