Russian interaction with NATO, the US and the EU

Examine how Russian interaction with NATO, the US and the EU can be understood as part of Russia’s Grand Strategy by looking at whether it cooperates with the West or tries to counterbalance and influence them. I will focus my  paper on how Russia’s Grand Strategy plays out itself in the case of Syria.
