Reflect on the characters in the video, “Who Moved My Cheese” and the Law of Diffusion of Innovation and consider the following:
What best describes you when reflecting on your career and professional development?

Do you most relate to Hem, Haw, Sniff or Scurry?
How do you currently respond to change?
How does your personality type influence your response to change?
Why is it important for you to have a sense of urgency in the face of change?
What are the obstacles that can stop you in the process of change?
What can you do to improve your resilience?
