Reflection Writing

For my conversation strategic plan, I chose the following people in the field  of medicine. This includes the following:

1.    Dr. William A. Abdu, M.D, M.S.

2.    Dr. Myles. B. Abbott, M.D.

3.    Dr. Fouad. M. Abbas, M.D.

The above three doctors are believed to be the top three doctors in the world that we are living today.

The biography of the above three doctors is as follows.

Dr. William A. Abdu, M.D, M.S.

The well known world’s Orthopedics Doctor Abdu is an associate professor of Orthopedics. He is currently working as a director at The Dartmouth Institute Medical center. Doctor Abdu was accredited in September the year 1985 at the university of Tufts. Apart from that, Doctor Abdu is also the founder of study of spine and its treatment. He is the one who improved and refine the operation  and surgery of spine which in this case includes the Lumbar and Thoracic disorders, Cervical disorders, Disk Herniation, Spondylolisthesis, Spinal Cord Injury, Spondylotic, Spinal Stenosis, and Spine Trauma. More important, he is the one who made discoveries to most of the treatment of the spine.

Dr. Myles. B. Abbott, M.D

Doctor Myles is also a popular Pediatrician in the current world. He is a graduate from Miami university School of medicine in 1972. The doctor deals with the whole problems and conditions which are related to child growth and development. Currently, doctor Myles is working at East Bay Pediatric and Medical Group

Dr. Fouad. M. Abbas, M.D.

Doctor Abbas is a Gynecologist who is also well known in the world. He is specialized in Oncology of the Obstetrician and also the Gynecology. Due to his specialty, Doctor Abbas is considered as the best doctor in Oncology which is the study of cancer. He is a graduate from Maryland University school of medicine in the year of 1986. He is the a doctor at Sinai Hospital Of Baltimore and Medstar.

The major reason as to why I wished to converse with the above doctors, is because I was working on a research for the treatment of cancer in children and since they are experts and specialists in the field, they will help me a lot in guidance over the same and how to go about with the research.

The three doctors will be very handy in my future Strategic plans since they are the only doctors who can assist me to achieve my objective of my research which is currently at primary level.

I tried to contact the three individuals but I successfully managed Doctor Abbas though the skype. I could not manage the appointment of the other two since Dr Myles has a very busy schedule and Doctor Abdu could not be reached. Despite the unsuccessful contact, I manage  to get all my concerns settled by Doctor Abbas since was able to answer all my concern to satisfaction.

When conversing with Doctor Abbas, the following points were the themes of my conversation.

1. If cancer is an inheritance disorder.
2. If cancer can be caused by all Genetically Modified Foods.
3. If chemotherapy can kill growing cells.

From the conversation, the I came to discover that indeed, cancer can be inherited from one person to another in a family, though every person is born with cancer but the cell multiplication can be active or inactive and GMO foods can activate the cells to multiply causing cancer. Chemotheraphy cannot kill all cancer cells and that’s the reason cancer cells are eliminated by cutting the whole affected area.

Actually the conversation was very much important to me it will help me much in my future research during the its secondary stage. So I can actively say that indeed the conversation with Doctor Abbas was very much fruitful.

The meeting with Doctor Abbas really met my expectations since all my concerns which was to help me in the primary stage of my research were all settled and to my satisfaction.

Doctor Abbas is an Oncologist who deals with Cancer disorders and its relations, therefore he was a very perfect person to have the conversation with.

Doctor Abbas was able to also refer me to that I might seek more helpin future. He referred me to Dr. Khalid Abbed who is also a senior Oncology.

The conversation was satisfying, but given another chance, I would made sure that I get the other Doctors too for the conversation.

The conversation has really helped me in creating relation with Doctors with great experience in the field and therefore the network was worthwhile.
