Conflict resolution policy, procedures and training
Your supervisor knows that you are in school and currently learning about conflict resolution. You have told her that you want to move into more of a leadership role in your organization so to help you to build your resume she has asked you to develop a conflict resolution policy, procedures and training for your organization.
This is a preliminary document so she wants you to keep it short:
· a brief discussion about what workplace conflict is,
· conflict policy,
· procedures for resolving conflict, and
· a proposed outline for training topics.
· The document should be 1500-2000 words not including your references.
· Include a minimum of 4-5 scholarly references (you may utilize the articles from this unit or scholarly/peer reviewed articles that you locate).
