We ask that you complete the following three items:

1. Management Meeting Note

 

• Research the fundamentals of the industry and company prior to listening to the call.
• Produce a meeting note summary outlining the content of the call and any context you can put around the content given your research/knowledge of the company/industry.
• The purpose of the management meeting note is to provide a clear and concise summary of the key meeting takeaways.
• Please listen to the call without stopping or starting in order to simulate an actual “live” meeting. Although we provide 1-2 days for you to complete a management meeting note on the job, keep in mind these are live meetings. You won’t be able to go back and listen to a recording if you missed anything, so we hope you follow the spirit of that in this assignment.
• Please limit the management meeting note to 2 pages (plus appendices if desired).

2. Basic Excel Model

 

• Please produce a 5-year financial forecast for Mckesson in Excel.
• The simplified corporate model should clearly identify key financial drivers that distill to a target price via a discounted cash flow valuation (DCF).
• Limit the analysis to a maximum of one tab/worksheet.
• Comment on how you arrived at your assumptions, if necessary (with one bullet point per driver).

 

3. Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Considerations

 

Please provide a short summary on what issues or factors, from an ESG perspective, could be material to the company.
