On the other hand, the transformation of girls from housewives into corporate leaders hasn’t been without a struggle as women have had to fight for their position in society as compared to men. In the current society, people have many girls who have high leadership positions in large corporations, and these businesses have succeeded even under female leadership to prove that girls are just as great as men if not better.
Previously it had been the role of the girls to be the main caregiver to the children, who also contained taking care of their husbands, but this function is no longer reserved for women as more men decide to become stay-at-home mothers so that they can care for their children. These guys who stay home and take care of their kids take on a role that has been shunned by men for centuries since it had been thought that men did not possess the caliber of nurture. It was strongly believed that only girls could nurture children, especially during their twenties when they are wholly determined by their caregivers. This means that men also can nurture a young child and give it the exact same attention that a girl would give to the identical kid. Although men may not have the ability to breastfeed a child, that was the primary reason that most of society considered that only women could care for babies, they can provide care in many different ways. It is now evident that men too can nurture a young kid as the primary health care and that this role isn’t just reserved for ladies, which is another changing face of gender.
A third party that was designated for girls was that they had been supposed to be subservient to men, attending to all the requirements of the husbands and supporting them. This role included things like washing their husband’s clothing, cooking for their husbands, cleaning the house in addition to washing the children’s clothing. It was clearly defined that the husband had executive power in the household and that his every wish was to be obeyed without question. However, this power has shifted considerably in recent decades as women no longer have the lesser role in relationships, but are considered as compared to men. Most relationships are now extremely consultative where the opinions of both spouses carry equal weight and no spouse has authority over the other spouse. Men are not the masters while women are relegated to being their servants, in most situations, men will be found carrying out some of the chores such as cleaning the house or doing the laundry.

Why is it so difficult for men and women?

In conclusion, it is clear that the characters of both the female and the male gender in society are changing considerably as was demonstrated above. Men are not the only providers as more women are currently working and have high leadership positions in major companies, which mean that women will also be acting as providers for their families. It is also apparent that women are no longer the sole caregivers for their children as more men are choosing to become stay at home dads so they can take care of their children.
