What is the difference between a complex carbohydrate like starch and a simple sugar like glucose?
Explain the difference between fructose and glucose. Give examples of sweeteners/food that contain these sugars and the pros and cons of each.
What is Diabetes?
Did you learn anything from this activity that you will use in your food choices?
