Benchmark – Adolescent Development and FaithFormation

Throughout this course, you have learned about adolescent development and faith formation. Initially, some adolescents seeking Christ may be apprehensive to have initial discussions with a youth minister. A training brochure for adult youth leaders within your ministry can be a valuable tool for bringing others to Christ.
To successfully complete this assignment, develop a training brochure of 1,000-1,250 words that includes the following elements:
Explanation of the importance of life-on-life, incarnational ministry
Explanation of the spiritual development levels
An approach for evaluating the cultural influence on adolescent development
The importance of having a faith formation and spiritual development plan based on their level: (a) seeker, (b) new believer, (c) growing believer, or (d) mature believer (reproducer)
Your brochure should be easy to read, eye-catching, organized, and informative.
Utilize a minimum of two citations from academic resources and a minimum of three biblical references to support the content of your brochure.
While APA style is not required for the body of this assessment, solid academic writing is expected and in-text citations and references should be presented using APA documentation guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
