Individual tasks;

– Each member is to carry out independent research on scope of equality of gender equality.

– Ford Motor Company is the particular organisation that will be recipient of our groups business report. Evaluating how gender diversity within a leadership context impacts the processes and outcomes within Ford Motor Company.

– Four of the five group members will be assigned with a discussion section each to research and write. The member for each discussion point will also be required to write the conclusion and recommendation for that specific discussion point. E.g if I, (Kate) am assigned the discussion point of Leadership Perspectives I would then be required to form the conclusion section and then the recommendation section specific to Leadership Perspectives discussion point. All group members will be required to peer review one another work (to provide cohesion within the report). The fifth group member will be responsible to do the final edit and provide further cohesion throughout the document while also responsible for the Executive Summary and Introduction. Think about your strengths and volunteer if you feel you may provide valuable as an editor and have the ability to be critical and provide overall cohesion to the report.
