You will be submitting more detailed research papers between 3 and 4 pages in length NOT INCLUDING WORKS CITED. They can be on any economic issue of your choosing. Your paper should have a strong thesis/hypothesis, which you will analyze and support by rigorous and cogent appeal to empirical evidence gathered and interpreted by you and others. You must include at least five references of which two must be peer-reviewed, academic sources (a journal or peer reviewed academic book). Note that these peer reviewed sources do not necessarily have to be economics journals. Please format your works cited using the Chicago format.
