ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct

Descriptionlawyer’s various responsibilities to their clients, to the judiciary, to opposing counsel, and to all other relevant parties. Please identify the three responsibilities of a lawyer you consider to be most important for a prosecutor, and explain why you consider those most important and what value they bring to the criminal justice system.

This information should be compiled into a paper formatted and submitted as follows:

1) 1.5 spaced, Times New Roman or Arial 12-point font, with 1-inch margins

2) Not less than three nor more than five properly formatted pages, not including any cover pages or works cited lists. Papers with less than three pages will be considered incomplete, and I will not read past the end of the fifth page.

3) All sources must be cited in APA format. Our textbook is not an appropriate source for citation. You must cite at least two outside sources to support your opinions in this paper. Sources do not have to be scholarly but should be reputable. If you are unsure whether a source is appropriate for citation, please ask. If you cite any outside sources, you must include a works cited page at the end of your assignment.

You will primarily be graded based on three factors:

1) Clarity of argument

2) Critical analysis

3) Formatting, grammar, punctuation, and overall presentation
