Submitting Theses and Dissertations
The College requires graduated pupils to submit their thesis or dissertation digitally straight to ProQuest/UMI Dissertation Publishing (PLEASE Choose The APPROPRIATE SITE ):

Following the thesis or dissertation is posted digitally, it will likely be cataloged in NUCAT making obtainable in both ProQuest and IRis. the Northeastern College Libraries Institutional Repository, for research purposes.
Departments and graduate schools maintain their very own individual needs for that preparation and submission of theses and dissertations. Students should contact their department or graduate school for particular information. Guidebooks for that Graduate School of Arts and Sciences and also the Graduate School of Engineering can be found online.
Searching and Viewing Theses and Dissertations
Full texts of Northeastern College dissertations and theses from 2008 until present are digitally available through Current Research @NU (open to registered NU users only), and IRis (open to all users).
Master’s theses and Ph.D. dissertations are cataloged and searchable in NUCat. Catalog records for dissertations from 2008 until present include links to electronic copies of dissertations in IRis .
Hard copies of theses and dissertations come in the College Archives and Special Collections Department, 92 Snell Library. They may be viewed within the Archives’ studying room during normal business hrs, Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5pm. Theses and dissertations can’t be examined. A checking station will come in the studying room, so patrons could make partial copies of dissertations and theses free of charge.
Over two million dissertations from United States universities printed after 1980 can be found in Proquest Digital Dissertations (open to current NU faculty, staff and students only).
