Week 8 – Assignment: Develop a Forensic Accounting Research Question

One of the beginning steps in completing the dissertation is developing your research question. Your question must demonstrate that you have thought through the conceptual basis of your ideas and that you understand the methodologies that you will need to use in your dissertation.
You will develop a proposal researching some area of forensic accounting. The proposal will be evaluated on how well thought out your idea is, if you have a clear way forward to conducting the research and have argued your proposal well by anticipating questions a reader may have.
Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards. Be sure to adhere to Northcentral University’s Academic Integrity Policy.
Support your paper with at least seven (7) resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included. Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards. Be sure to adhere to Northcentral University’s Academic Integrity Policy.
Length: 12-15 pages (not including title and reference pages).
