2. Work in a group of 2 -4 students.

3. Develop a case for supporting or refuting a policy that is either in existence or being considered. Be sure to include:

Who the policy impacts?
Is there fairness in the policy?
How did cost impact the implementation of this policy?
What legal considerations may play into this policy?
What ethical considerations?
Will it cause public health resources to be re-distributed or impacted in any way when this policy was implemented?
Did this policy impact cost, access or quality?

4. Prepare a 10-minute power point presentation to share with the class
