The service idea is recollecting the used plastic bottles from the individuals to be recycled. The service will target all the individuals as they are the users of commodities parked in plastic bottles. The use of the service will enable people to earn because all the bottles will be weighed and an individual paid depending on the quantity of the bottles. It also helps in maintaining the environment clean thus individuals thus protect individuals from diseases related to the environmental pollution. The target will, therefore, to reach people from all corners to increase the number of customers and create awareness about the new service.
In implementing the idea, recollecting the used plastic bottles will utilize three essential options in the electronic advertisement (Van Gysel, de Rijke, & Kanoulas, 2016). These include the use of search engine optimization, social media and use of televisions to display the information. The use of television is an electronic way of passing the information about the product or service where the information where is displayed on the television thus information reaches the target customers. The use of social media entails the utilization of Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn among other social media (Kapur, Madapoosi, & Martin, 2016). With increased access to the internet and smartphone technology, the use of social media has become immense thus a right way of passing information. Search engine optimization involves defining certain words that are keyed in when searching a particular service. It ensures that the product being searched always appear at the top of the list thus the target customers can read and get the information about the product or the service.
Ability to reach a large group of the target customers is one of the advantages of using social media such as Twitter and Facebook. It also easy to access the social media. The disadvantage of using the social media is that there is increased issues of identity theft om social media and therefore it is difficult for an individual to trust service or product advertised by social media (Brem & Bilgram, 2015). In Search Engine Optimization, there is easy of track as it provides details of the people who have visited the site. It also improves the reputation as people have a lot of trust for the services and products from the search engines. On the negative side, the use of SEO can be costly as it involves payment of advertisers such as (Google Joo, Wilbur, & Zhu, 2016). The use of television is also another essential way of advertising. It covers a large number of the target customers. However, the use of television for advertising may also involve incurring costs. It is also difficult to monitor the number of the customers that the information has reached.
