Imagine that you are a manager or administrator within your placement site.  Could you impose some changes that would increase efficiency, improve working conditions and boost employee morale?  Be imaginative! What are some of the barriers that currently exist? Are there motivational programs or incentives that you could develop to improve organizational output?  How would you make the workplace more satisfying?  What techniques might you utilize to handle employees who are slow or are not working to capacity?
