William always treats elders with the utmost respect. This is because William holds a strong cultural belief that elders should be shown respect.
Dan loves to clean. This is because Dan gets $5.00 each week for cleaning his room.

Devin likes to make jokes during class. This is because when he makes jokes all of his friends laugh and encourage him.
Answer: That explanation comes from a psychologist from the Behavioral perspective because the focus is on learning. This psychologist seems to believe that Devin is always positively reinforced when he jokes, so he continues to do it so that the reinforcement will continue.
