However, though I can find food of all kinds in our shops there are foods that stand out as my favorite.
But when I sit in the restaurant and watch the words oxtail stew, with creamed spinach and celery that I wholeheartedly meditate.
The Waitron puts the crispy warm bread rolls beside me onto a white plate. In front of me were yellowish chunks of butter. I inhaled the warm aroma unique to spinach. Rich creamy smooth and firm from the butter and milk which had been beaten to it to enhance its taste and smooth feel.
Subsequently came the bowl full of oxtail stew. Its rich dark brown color was put off by the white bowl it had been in. The gravy was rich and thick. I could smell the odor of beef, garlic, and herbs and spices drifting up out of it in my nose.
I took the skillet and dipped it into the bowl of curry. It easily penetrated the company fluffy white mound. I raised the spoon and turned it on my plate depositing a mound of curry. Then using another spoon I scooped up spinach dripping white sauce and put it on the plate beside the potato. The dark green Spinach was sexy, the snowy Sauce melted and it contrasts with the creamy potato. After another helping of spinach that I required another bigger spoon. I dipped it into the rich brown color and stirred it. I then scooped up a chunky slice of oxtail. The succulent meat shiny with a coating of rich sausage and the odor of sausage, garlic spinach and potato mixture in the steam rising in my plate. I scooped up gravy in the bowl and trickled it over the white potato catching the scent of red wine. I broke the roll and then spread butter on it and I was prepared to eat.
Now the choice where to start, so I bit into the new crisp roll and tasted its hot soft feel along with also the melting butter. By then I had decided to sample the potato with gravy and the spinach. The curry has been smooth, with a flavor of butter with the tangy gravy, its garlic and hint of good red wine in it. The spinach was a good foil. Smooth with its own vegetable feel and plain white sauce it softened the flavor of the gravy. Its soft texture, the greasy feeling from the mouth, the cherry garlic and wine at the sauce made it perfect. So I sat contented at my desk eating just as far as I could, and much more than I need to of my favorite food.
