This assignment is about the Quality Management System of the ABC Construction. The whole discussion will deal with project quality management.

Applications of the principles of Quality Management System-

There is no presence of project quality management system in the construction company. There is a diagram of the system and the whole diagram has three parts-requirements, product realization, product output.

Purpose-

As per AS/NZS ISO 10005:2006

ABC Construction does not have organizational management system as per ISO 9001. The quality management system is done for an organization to recheck the development, plans, management system etc. The code used here is to help.

Value of Quality Management System-

The quality management system is done for the development of the organization. The output of the product is very much involved with the management system and it is done with the help of the ISO 9000 to direct the whole system in the International Standards. The error is measured by some tests or analysing the site.

QMS in day-to-day business-

The quality management system in ABC Construction basically deals with the development of plans, development of designing and development in the best service giving way. As in the ABC Construction is willing to make six two bedroom apartment and they need to review and develop the plans and design and the cost estimation and time estimation in order to deliver the project in time.

Managing authority- The construction supervisor will manage the system.

Procedure-

ABC Construction will execute the whole QMS by preparing a clear chart and plan. By managing some stages the review process will be very fast and all the mapping will be done by estimating the whole thing in the paper, as per ISO 9000. This procedure is done as follows setting area, investigation, planning, designing structure, cost estimation and time allocation.

Site-specific QMS-

ABC Construction prepared a chart for execution the whole plan. The site-specific is important to estimate the whole plan. At first, the site is got investigated, then according to the results the project cost analysis, mapping, structural design, flow-chart diagram and the project estimation is prepared, the whole process is included in the site-specific. All are done as per ISO 9000.

Quality objective-

This is in simple word is to observe the nearest or the local project’s quality and estimation the project by that and finding the barriers with respect to the project and the whole thing is measured and plotted in a calculation.

Framework-

The whole project Quality management system is three-way system and it is divided into three parts-

Requirement-

the whole operation is done as per customer’s requirement because project management is dependent on the customer’s satisfaction and requirement.

Product realization– this part deals with the development, planning, estimation and all the value creating parts.

Product Output– The project quality management system finally ends with delivering the product or the service to the customer.

In this case, the whole procedure is about delivering six two bedroom apartment. The realization part is dealing with the cost estimation, project estimation and design plan and construction process.
