The details of assignment is :-
You are the new IFRC head of mission in Oman. Write a Memo to Head Office in Geneva, making recommendations as to the logistical preparations you feel the Red Crescent in Oman need to make to be ready for the likely disasters Oman will face in 2019. Your analysis should include supporting arguments and evidence of the most vulnerable populations and their exposure to hazards. Use a standard memo format. Three to four pages.

(( we have to write Memo to Head Office in Geneva, asked he to have Red crescent in Oman to be ready for any disaster ,, and we can mission the type of disaster which happened on oman like flooding, sandstone, cyclone, hurricane…ect. we have to think logistical preparation and include the supporting argument and evidence of most vulnerable population .))
