Use the UCF Library Tools link and search on the one or more of the following terms: “hotels”, “service”, “hospitality”. Do not exclude any publication types in your search. Find an article that speaks to the types of service and/or amenities that a hotel can provide to a guest. What is good service? What is bad service? What is luxury service? What isn’t? Spend 15-20 minutes reading the content of at least five articles that interest you.

In your initial posting

Follow the rubric and compose approximately 150-250 word summary of your informed findings and observations. What did you learn? Share that with your classmates in your initial post. What insights or questions would you pose to your instructor or classmates as a result of your search? Your question should come directly from the information you have reviewed and may be asking for clarification, or identifying a particular feature that you find to be (un)attractive, or providing an observation that you were not previously aware of, etc.
