This paper is a portion of midterm exam of a political science course. The course theme is law and politics. This class examines the intersection of law, politics and political science. Ranging from voter ID laws and voter roll purges to campaign finance and gerrymandering and also analyze the court decisions that govern the electoral process and the academic research aimed at influencing policymakers and judges.
In this paper, students need answer two questions, and each question have multiple parts, students need answer all of them. Please be follow the grading rubric to answer them. The instructor doesn’t require word counts, but I think 800-1100 words will be good to answer these questions.
I will upload all of materials that instructor gave us for this exam. Please read these three materials: “Intro”, “Midterm Exam” and “Grading Rubric” firstly, other materials you will use them when answer questions.
